General rules of Guarantee/Warranty applied on all products listed on Anucart:
- If the product is damaged in transit, inform our helpdesk immediately and do not start using damaged product. You will get replacement of specific damaged part or whole product, depending on type of damage. Customer has to send photo of damaged product by WhatsApp or Email for immediate response. Minor damages are not liable for replacement.
- Product specification does not include color; actual color may vary with respect to displayed color on website.

Guarantee / Warranty of products are stated in following categories.

Seeds:

All Seeds listed on Anucart are original, branded & sourced from proper channel.
If any seeds are not as per stated by the producer on label of the packet, Only Seed producing company will be liable for any Guarantee/Warranty issue in these seeds.
The usage of this product is beyond our control. Therefore we do not accept any responsibility except the proper sourcing of the product.

Pesticides, Insecticide, Bio-Products, Certified Organic Products:

For agriculture and gardening use only.
Warranty: The usage of this product is beyond our control.

Product model (SKU) name starting with KK (KisanKraft):

Warranty: 6 months on manufacturing defects only.
Warranty not applicable if:-
(1) Operation of product with incorrect fuel or lubricants,
(2) Incorrect usage of machine or misuse,
(3) Lack of maintenance,
(4) Negligence,
(5) Accident or physical damage,
(6) Repairs made by unauthorized parties and/or with unauthorized parts,
(7) Improper set up, adjustments, tampering or altered products
(8) Any other cause, not mentioned above
No Warranty on Electrical Motor / Electrical Parts / Electronic Parts / Rubber Parts / Plastic Parts, Etc.

Diesel Engine & Pumps:

Warranty: 6 months on manufacturing defects only.
Warranty not applicable if:-
(1) Operation of product with incorrect fuel or lubricants,
(2) Incorrect usage of machine or misuse,
(3) Lack of maintenance,
(4) Negligence,
(5) Accident or physical damage,
(6) Repairs made by unauthorized parties and/or with unauthorized parts,
(7) Improper set up, adjustments, tampering or altered products
(8) Any other cause, not mentioned above
(9) On site repairing will not be provided. Warranty will be resolved only at Factory, Customer will bear to & fro transportation.
No Warranty on Electrical Parts, Electronic Parts, Rubber Parts & Plastic Parts Etc.
Note: 4 models of 'Ford 170' has No Guarantee & No Warranty.

Solar charged battery spray pump:

20 Years: for Solar Panel.
6 Months: for Battery & Body.
Any other breakage due to rough handling is not covered in guarantee.

Solar Zatka – Fence Guard (Sun Agro Systems):

Full System Warranty: 1 Year.
Exide Battery Warranty: 6 Months.
Solar Panel Efficiency: 25 Years.
Warranty voids if seal is broken.
Warranty/Service/Repairs will be provided at Ahmedabad Factory, customer has to pay to & fro transportation.

Solar Zatka – Fence Guard (Fieldmaster Innovation Limited):

1 year guarantee and 2 year warranty in 1.5 J/ 2J/ 3J/ 4J/ 5J energizer
In guarantee period: No charge for parts and service , In warranty period: No charge for service, only part charges is applicable.
Farmer has to pay only shipping charges upto Ahmedabad (to & fro) in case of repairing.
10 year warranty in 30W/ 40W solar panel, no warranty for breakage solar panel. Warranty will be applicable on only technical problems.
1 year warranty in 26AH/ 42AH Amron make battery.
6 months warranty in 18Ah Amron make battery.
No guarantee/ warranty for burned or damaged system.
No guarantee/ warranty for Siren, Battery cable & solar cable.

Electric Zatka – Fence Guard (Fieldmaster Innovation Limited):

1 year guarantee and 2 year warranty in 3J/ 5J energizer
In guarantee period: No charge for parts and service , In warranty period: No charge for service, only part charges is applicable.
Farmer has to pay only shipping charges upto Ahmedabad (to & fro) in case of repairing.
No guaranty/ warranty on SMPS charger.
6 months warranty in 12Ah battery.
No guarantee/ warranty for burned or damaged system.

LED Rechargeabe torches 5W, 10W, 16W & 56 LED:

Circuit Warranty: 12 months.
Battery Guarantee: 6 months.
(Farmer has to pay only postal charges upto Vadodara (to & fro) in case of repairing)
(Any breakage due to rough handling is not covered in guarantee / warranty)

GSM Cell Phone Controller:

1 Year full replacement Guarantee on all Mobitech models.

All other products are without Guarantee / Warranty:

Guarantee / Warranty is applicable on all product as provided by the manufacturer one the service center provided by that manufacturer. But we will try our best to resolve the problem for the products which are not covered under Guarantee / Warranty.
