Return Policy

Most items purchased from Anucart are returnable within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable.

  • Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on .

    The return will be processed only if:


  1. it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;

  2. the product is not different from what was shipped to you;

  3. the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all the accessories therein).

  • If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Anucart Private Limited shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.

  • Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of the product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

  • Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

  • Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category-specific policy.

  • Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock.

  • If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund.

    The items shall not be eligible for a return under the following circumstances:

  • If the item has been opened, partially used, or disfigured. Please check the package carefully at the time of delivery.

  • If the item is a consumable item.

  • If the item’s / packaging/ box/ seal has been tampered with; Do not accept the delivery if the package appears to have tampered.

  • If it is mentioned on the product detail page that the item is non-returnable

  • If the return window for any or all items in order has expired.

  • Any accessories supplied with the item(s) are missing.

  • If the item does not have the original serial number / UPC number/barcode affixed, which was present at the time of delivery.

  • Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

  • If the item is damaged due to visible misuse.

    Note: If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 10 days from the delivery of the product.
